The XBP24CZ7SIT-004 is a Digi XBee® Zigbee RF module from the S2C series, designed for reliable, low-power, mesh-capable wireless communication based on the IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee protocol. This model is ideal for point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and mesh networking applications in industrial automation, home automation, sensor networks, and remote monitoring systems. Operating in the 2.4GHz ISM band, the module supports UART and SPI interfaces, making it highly flexible and easy to integrate with microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, or Arduino platforms. The SIT (Surface Mount, Internal Trace Antenna) version includes an onboard trace antenna, eliminating the need for external antennas and simplifying compact designs.
