SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) for in-stock items will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be shipped on the next business day.
- We do not process shipments on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Coverage
- We offer domestic and international shipping.
- Estimated Delivery Charges:
- Within India : 2-7 business days.
- International : 7-14 business days (subject to customer clearance and local courier timelines).
- Shipping Charges:
- Calculated dynamically at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Preorder Shipping
- For preorder items, expected dispatch lead times will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Further updates may be shared via email or directly by our sales representatives.
RETURN POLICY
- Due to the nature of business, most electronic parts do not carry a warranty or guarantee and therefore we do not offer refunds.
- however if you believe your case merits consideration (e.g., incorrect or damaged product received) please email us at suppportrobotskull.ai@gmail.com with your order number and detailed issue.
- Such cases will be evaluated individually, and if deemed valid, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
- For bulk orders, we require sampling prior to full purchase. Bulk orders without sampling approval are not eligible to return.
