This document sets out the warranty coverage and the terms of sale for products supplied by RobotSkull.ai Private Limited. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
Warranty Policy
What is Covered
Products sold by RobotSkull.ai Private Limited are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, from the invoice date. This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects only, and applies for [6 / 12 months from invoice date, or “the period shown on the product page”].
What We Provide
If our technical team confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective part, subject to stock availability. We do not replace the complete product or kit, and refunds are not provided under this warranty, except where required by law.
Damage on Arrival
Any physical or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with a clear, continuous unboxing video. This video is required to support any claim with the courier. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
What Voids the Warranty
The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to:
- Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Tampering or unauthorised modifications
- Static discharge, electrical surges, or accidents
- Water, fire, or chemical damage
- Soldering, alterations, or repairs by unauthorised persons
- Normal wear and tear, or removed / defaced serial labels
How to Claim
Please contact us within the warranty period with your order ID, invoice number, and supporting photos or video. Our team will review the claim and arrange service if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
Sale of Goods
Goods once sold cannot be returned or taken back. We kindly request customers to confirm product specifications and suitability before placing an order.
Risk & Transit
- Our risk and responsibility in respect of the goods ceases as soon as they leave our premises.
- We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by a courier or any other mode of transport.
- In the event of damage, loss, fire, or any similar incident affecting a shipment in transit, the policy of the concerned courier or transporter shall apply.
Insurance of Shipments
Shipments are not insured by default. If you would like your goods to be insured, we kindly request that you inform us explicitly and in writing before making payment for the order, so that we can arrange suitable insurance coverage in advance.
Import Orders
- An import order is confirmed only once we have received payment, and cannot be cancelled thereafter.
- As import orders are international transactions subject to various government policies and procedures, we are not liable for any delay in the dispatch of items from our office.
Your Rights & Governing Law
This Policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This document is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it. RobotSkull.ai may update these terms from time to time; the version applicable at the time of your purchase shall apply.
