LITHIUM THIONYL CHLORIDE BATTERY

Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li-SOCl₂) batteries are high-energy, long-life primary lithium batteries specially designed for low-drain, long-duration applications. Known for exceptional energy density, stable voltage, and operational longevity up to 20 years, they are ideal for industrial and embedded systems that require reliability over extended periods.

These batteries typically deliver 3.6V nominal voltage and are available in various cylindrical and coin form factors, including ER14250, ER14505, ER34615, and custom-sized packs.

Thanks to their wide operating temperature range (typically -55°C to +85°C) and leak-proof stainless-steel construction, Li-SOCl₂ cells are the preferred choice in IoT sensors, smart metering, data loggers, GPS tracking, alarm systems, asset monitoring, and remote industrial equipment.
