The Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera D435i is a high-performance stereo vision depth camera designed for advanced computer vision and robotics applications. It integrates depth sensing, RGB imaging, and an onboard inertial measurement unit (IMU), enabling accurate visual-inertial odometry and motion tracking. The D435i uses global shutter depth sensors, making it highly suitable for fast-moving platforms such as robots and drones, where motion blur must be minimized.
The camera delivers real-time depth data up to approximately 10 meters, allowing precise environment perception, obstacle detection, and mapping.
