The SLAMTEC RPLiDAR A1M8 is a high-performance 360° 2D laser scanner designed for mapping, navigation, and obstacle avoidance in robotics and automation systems. It provides a full 360-degree scan of the environment with a maximum detection radius of 6 meters, generating high-resolution 2D point cloud data in real-time.

Compact and lightweight, the A1M8 is ideal for robotics projects, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), drones, smart navigation systems, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) research. It uses a laser triangulation Time-of-Flight method for accurate distance measurement, while maintaining low power consumption.
