The MPU-6050 is a 6-DOF (Degrees of Freedom) motion tracking device that combines a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope in a single chip, ideal for motion sensing and gesture recognition. With its integrated Digital Motion Processor (DMP), it offloads complex motion computations from the host MCU, enabling efficient orientation, tilt, and motion tracking.
