The Tianma TM035KDH03 is a 3.5-inch TFT-LCD module built for embedded systems, handheld devices, and industrial applications requiring compact size, vivid visuals, and durable touch capability. Featuring QVGA (320×240) resolution and a pixel density of 115 PPI, it provides crisp and clear image output in a space-efficient form.

With a 500:1 contrast ratio, the display ensures deep blacks and bright whites, while a wide viewing angle of 70°/70°/60°/70° (CR ≥ 10) supports visibility from multiple directions—ideal for user-facing interfaces. A typical response time of 25 ms guarantees smooth content transitions for interactive applications.

Built with a TN, Normally White, Transmissive panel and a 3H hard coating, the module provides enhanced optical clarity and scratch resistance. The panel supports 16.7M colors, a 50% NTSC color gamut, and operates with a 24-bit RGB + SPI interface, including compatibility with CCIR601/656 standards for flexible system integration.
