The Optrex T-51750GD065J-FW-ADN is a 6.5″ a-Si TFT-LCD module designed for industrial, embedded, and control applications, offering reliable visual clarity in a compact form factor. With a VGA resolution of 640(RGB)×480 and a high pixel density of 122 PPI, it ensures sharp image quality suitable for detailed visual displays.

Its active area measures 132.48 × 99.36 mm, enclosed within a 158 × 120.36 × 11.05 mm frame, making it ideal for systems with limited space. The display provides a typical luminance of 400 cd/m² and a 300:1 contrast ratio, delivering adequate visibility under standard lighting conditions.

Built using TN, Normally White, Transmissive technology, the panel supports a viewing angle of 55°/55°/30°/60° (L/R/U/D, CR≥10) and a response time of 15 ms (Tr) / 16 ms (Td), ensuring smooth visual transitions for dynamic content.

Capable of displaying 262K colors with 39% NTSC color gamut, it connects via a 31-pin, 6-bit Parallel RGB interface and runs at a 60Hz frame rate. The module supports both 3.3V and 5.0V (typical) power input, offering flexibility for system integration.

Backlighting is provided by two CCFL tubes, with a lifetime rating of 50,000 hours (note: inverter not included). The display operates reliably in environments ranging from -25°C to 75°C, and can be safely stored at temperatures as low as -85°C, making it well-suited for rugged and demanding operational conditions.
